How to Order

You can place your order either via online on www.fishterianz.com or on a phone call.

First create your account if you are ordering first time

STEPS TO BUY FRESH SEAFOOD

1. First of all, Customers can select their favorite fish from the large options.

2. Customers should select the specified cutting type like cut into slices, Bengali Cut, Boneless, Fillets.

3. Customer should mentioned quantity (here you can’t order below minimum quantity)

4. Add customized cutting/packing notes in comments if any, we will only follow these customized comment if it is feasible and possible as per company policy

For example :

• Pack prawns in 2 separate pack of 1kg each

• Please remove and do not send head part.

• Keep tail piece bigger for pomfret.

5. Click on “Add to cart” and product will get added to shopping cart as shown below

6. If needed select some other fish same way by repeating same step 1 to 5.

7. Once shopping is done do checkout, by clicking shopping cart and clicking checkout option

8. You cannot checkout if an order value is not of Rs.500 &above as order value must be Rs.500 &above.

9. On checkout, if you are ordering first time then first create your account otherwise login using registered account username and password.

10. On checkout as we take an order one day before by default next day date will get selected.

11. Delivery is available currently in one slot only (Slots are selected automatically depending upon the time of order).

Slot 1: 10 AM to 12 Noon (Orders accepted till 9 PM one day prior).

Upon placing the order, you shall receive a confirmation email/SMS from us to confirm the availability of the fish.

If the selected Fish is available in that day’s fresh Catch, probably we shall deliver the same in the stipulated Time

If selected Fish is not available, alternative options can be made available or order may processed without that fish and delivery provided only for order value above Rs.500

If selected Fish is not up to mark, alternative options can be made availableor order may processed without that fish and delivery provided only for order value above Rs.500

Pre-orders probably required for fish that are not listed on the website.

We provide Home Delivery only in Mumbai region.

We accept payments either byCash on Delivery or Online payment.

UPON DELIVERY KINDLY CHECK THE FISH FOR QUALITY & FRESHNESS BEFORE PAYING US.
