The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", “Ourselves”, “We” and "Us", refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. On Website "Approx" refers to Approximate (in term of quantity)

The website fishterianz and its contents and system operational software is the sole ownership ofFishterianz Seafood LLP.

All orders placed on the website are confirmed only subject to availability of the Fish.

Each fish is weighed before cleaning.

Bill amount is calculated considering the weight of the fish before cleaning.

Expected weight loss after fish cleaning varies between 10% to 30% depending upon the Fish.

Expected weight loss after fish fillet and boneless varies between 40% to 50% depending upon the Fish.

Delivery shall take place in the available slots only.

Fish shall be consumed before 24 hours, as we do not process the fish for storage.

Cancellation Policy

On door canceling order without informing reason of cancellation to customer care Fishterianz Seafood LLP has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership.

In the event that a FishterianzSeafood LLP product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Fishterianz Seafood LLP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

FishterianzSeafood LLP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit/debit card charged. If your credit/debit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Fishterianz Seafood LLP shall issue a credit to your credit/debit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Return & Refund

We take the utmost care in serving our customers and deliver the orders as per booking confirmation. However if you find that your order has a damaged packaging or the fish are not fresh or the fish quantity or type/category is not as per order booking confirmation, kindly check all these at the time of delivery in front our delivery staff and inform the customer care executive immediately and obtain Redelivery Order No. we will replace it for you at the next earliest delivery time or day as per availability of fish/seafood type and quantity you had ordered. Any claims thereafter would not be entertained under any circumstances.

We strictly follow No Refund Policy once the order is confirmed and delivered to customer. However if we could not redeliver the return order as per our above mention return policy then we will refund the already paid amount as per payment option selected within 3 working days.On door canceling order without informing reason of cancellation to customer care Fishterianz Seafood LLP has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or block access of your membership.

Customer can cancel the order on booking day before 9.30 pm.

Shipping Policy

We currently deliver any where in the Mumbai city and suburban limits.

We offer free delivery on orders above ₹500/- For orders up to ₹500, a minimal delivery charge of ₹50 will be applicable.

Delivery of the orders will be made only to the address mentioned during the ordering. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete. Change of address can be accepted only of the product has not left for delivery.

During the checkout process, you are able to add specific instructions such as leaving your delivery with a neighbour or in a safe place at your property should you not be there to accept the delivery.

All Cash on Delivery orders made online will be confirmed on the registered phone number by call. All products will be delivered in appropriate packaging to maintain the freshness of the product.

Currently we take order one day prior and delivering it on next day as per selected delivery slot in morning.

Dispute Resolution Policy

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India

The competent Courts at Mumbai, India shall have the sole and exclusive Jurisdiction to try and entertain all the disputes arising between the parties hereunder.

Any or all differences, disputes, non-compliance or non-payment arising out of these presents or interpretation thereof shall be first resolved amicably by the parties, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of notice by either Party from the other Party of any such dispute or difference.

In the event the Parties fail to amicably settle and resolve the dispute/s or differences/ that may have arisen between them within a period of 45 days from the date of reference, any and all such claims, disputes, questions, controversies, differences, non-payment or non-compliance involving any of the Parties in respect of or concerning or connected with these presents or its interpretation or implementation, or any clause or provision hereof, including related to the execution, validity, performance or breach or relating to the termination hereof (collectively referred to as "Disputes"), shall be referred to Arbitration in accordance with the terms of Arbitration stated below

The arbitral tribunal shall constitute of the sole arbitrator appointed by Fishterianz seafood LLP. The Arbitration proceedings shall be commenced and prosecuted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act,1996 (Arbitration Act) and the rules made thereunder, as may be amended from time to time or its re-enactment in force. The Arbitral Tribunal shall be appointed in the manner provided in the Arbitration Act.

The place of arbitration and the seat of arbitral proceedings shall be at Mumbai, India. Any arbitral proceedings pursuant to any reference made under this Agreement shall be conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitral tribunal and an award given by the arbitral tribunal shall be final and binding upon the Parties.

Notwithstanding the existence of any disputes between the Parties which is referred to the process of amicable resolution or, arbitration as the case may be, the parties during the pendency of the process of amicable resolution or, arbitration as the case may be, shall respectively continue to act on matters under this Agreement which are not the subject matter of the dispute or difference as if no such dispute or difference had arisen.

Our current Privacy Policy is available at below link. If you object to your Information being transferred or used in this way please do not use Fishterianz Seafood LLP Website. If customer is agreed to Term and conditions on order mean he has agreed to our Privacy Policy.

Payment Terms:

1. Goods are non-returnable
2. All orders placed on the website are confirmed only subject to availability of the Fish.
3. Bill amount is calculated considering the weight of the fish before cleaning except fish fillet.
4. If you find that the products are damaged or changed or have any quality issues, immediately report this to delivery staff and customer care. We will replace it for you at the next earliest delivery time or day.
